Brahmakumari Dr. Suvarna Krishna Tate, In-charge of Prajapita Brahmakumari Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya, Nagthane, received the Excellence in Spiritual & Social Empowerment Award at the Maharashtra Excellence Awards and Conclave 2026. The event was held on August 22, 2026, at Sayaji Hotel, Wakad, Pune, and was organized by Insights Success and powered by Insights Excellence Awards. Marathi actress Nivedita Saraf attended as Chief Guest. The award recognizes over 25 years of work by Dr. Tate in spiritual education and social service across Maharashtra.
As a Rajyoga teacher and motivational speaker, Dr. Tate has spent much of her career guiding people through meditation and value-based education at the Brahmakumaris Nagthane branch, where she serves as in-charge.
