Dr. Ghassan Elgeadi Saleh, CEO, Founder, and Orthopedic Surgeon at Elgeadi Clinic, received the Global Pioneer in Advanced Endoscopic Spine Surgery Award at the Global Business Conference & Summit 2026. The event was held on September 6, 2026, at the Metropolitan Hotel, Dubai, and was presented by CIO Look and powered by Globalbiz Conference. The award recognizes Dr. Elgeadi’s contribution to advancing minimally invasive and endoscopic spine surgery across Spain and the United Arab Emirates.
Dr. Elgeadi obtained his medical degree in Madrid in 2012 and has since built a career spanning more than a decade in orthopedic surgery and traumatology. He completed international training in advanced upper limb reconstruction surgery in the United States, advanced lower limb reconstruction surgery in the Middle East, and advanced endoscopic surgery of the cervical and lumbar spine at the Spine Unit Hospital St Anne in Herne, Germany, along with fellowship training in full endoscopic spine surgery in the United States. He is a member of the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
Dr. Elgeadi currently serves as chief of orthopedics at the Quirón Group, directing one of the region’s orthopedic teams across Spain and the UAE, in addition to leading his own practice at Elgeadi Clinic. He is recognized internationally as a pioneer in advanced spinal endoscopy techniques, working as an international consultant in endoscopic spine surgery with RIWOSpine and an instructor in shoulder surgery with Smith & Nephew, alongside his clinical focus on sports injuries and minimally invasive orthopedic care.
Beyond his surgical practice, Dr. Elgeadi remains active in the wider medical community, participating as a speaker at international spine surgery conferences and mentoring surgeons in training. His work bridges global advances in orthopedic medicine with personalized, patient-centered treatment across the markets where he practices.
